Types of brushed aluminium coil process

The brushed surface process is to be done after stamping, and the wire brushed can be made into straight lines, chaotic lines, threads, corrugations and swirls according to the decorative needs.

1.Straight line brushed refers to the processing of straight lines on the surface of an aluminum plate by mechanical friction. It has the dual function of brushing the surface scratches of the aluminum plate and decorating the surface of the aluminum sheet.

2.The chaotic brushed is a kind of irregular, no-grain matt silk thread obtained by moving the aluminum plate back and forth and left and right under the high-speed running copper wire brush. This kind of processing requires higher surface requirements for aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet.

3.Rotary brushed is a kind of silk thread obtained by rotating and polishing the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet by using cylindrical felt on a drill bed, using kerosene to blend and polish ointment.

4.The thread brushed is made by the rotation of the felt and the linear movement of the carriage, and the width of the thread is uniformly swirled on the surface of the aluminum sheet.
