First, the unqualified workpiece is clamped on the clamping device for aluminum anodization. Then, the anodization process of aluminum in sulfuric acid solution is performed for 2~3min. After the film layer is soft and peeling, the conductive anodization can be re-conducted after the alkali solution is cleaned and the nitric acid is exposed to light.
